Description

This series exposes the listener to the basic steps, methodology and tools for interpreting the Bible. It emphasizes hands-on experience in exegetical method and addresses some preliminary questions of hermeneutics (how the Bible is applied).

Author Info

Philip H. Towner is Adjunct Professor of New Testament, Missiology, and Chinese Studies at Regent College, as well as a Research Fellow in the Department of Divinity at the University of Aberdeen, Scotland. He was previously an Associate Professor of New Testament and Biblical Languages at the China Evangelical Seminary. His publications include The Pastoral Epistles Today and a commentary on 1 and 2 Timothy and Titus.
