Welcoming the Stranger, a collection of scriptural reflections by Regent faculty and alumni, is an invitation to explore God’s hospitality, and your own, throughout the season of Advent. With two readings each day (morning and evening) on a single Scripture passage, the book is designed to enfold each day with Scripture—exploring the vast and persistent welcome of God, the response of God’s people throughout history, and our own response to this stranger who lived (who lives) among us.
